Photos From Our 2009 Harvest At The Bella Vista Ranch

We’ve been harvesting our trees for 9 years now, and 2009 was by far the largest harvest to date. We’ve pressed these fresh, Texas olives into Extra Virgin Olive Oil and it tastes peppery and robust.
