First Texas Olive Oil Co., is headquartered at the Ranch. You can taste the grassy, peppery and most importantly FRESH olive oil that we’ve been making here since 2001. Our olive oil is sold exclusively at our retail store on the Ranch or the “Store” link on this website.
Bella Vista Cellars is a winery also located on the Ranch. We handcraft hill country varietals using locally grown grapes and offer a selection of seasonal fruit wines including our popular Blackberry Wine. Stop by to enjoy wines in our tasting room.
We also offer tours of the frantoio, winery, orchards and gardens for individuals as well as groups. Tours provide you an opportunity to explore our orchards and gardens, learn about the agriculture and cultivation of our olives, grapes, and other fruit before participating in a guided tasting of our fresh-made products. Guided tours last about 1 - 1 1/2 hours long and there is a fee of $15.00 per person. You do not need reservations (unless you have a group more than 12 people), just show up about 5 minutes before the tour times.
